Consultancy services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time by contacting us through our official communication channels. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund. Fees for consultancy services that have already been completed are non-refundable. If K.A. Patel Transport Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed consultancy service, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the service. K.A. Patel Transport Ltd is not responsible for refunds related to third-party service providers, including carriers or regulatory authorities. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take standard processing time depending on the payment provider.
