All services provided are consultancy-based and do not include the physical movement or handling of goods.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure compliance with applicable shipping and customs regulations and provide necessary documentation for consultancy support. Any updates or changes related to shipments should be communicated promptly.

Payments

All payments made to K.A. Patel Transport Ltd are strictly for professional consultancy and coordination services. Payment terms are agreed before service delivery. Where applicable, services may begin only after payment confirmation. Clients remain responsible for third-party charges such as carrier fees, customs duties, or regulatory charges.

Third-Party Service Providers

K.A. Patel Transport Ltd may coordinate with transport providers, carriers, or logistics partners on behalf of clients. We do not operate or control these providers. Any contractual arrangement with transport providers remains between the client and the service provider.

Limitation of Liability

K.A. Patel Transport Ltd is not responsible for shipment delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or regulatory bodies. We are not liable for loss or damage to goods during transportation or disruptions caused by external events such as weather conditions, political situations, strikes, or technical failures.

Our liability is limited strictly to the consultancy services provided.

Service Availability

We aim to deliver services professionally and efficiently. However, we do not guarantee shipment delivery timelines, approval of documentation by third parties, or acceptance of shipments by transport providers or regulatory authorities.

Cancellation & Refunds

Consultancy services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Fees for completed consultancy services are non-refundable. If services cannot be delivered due to our inability, clients may be offered rescheduling or refund options.

Confidentiality

K.A. Patel Transport Ltd maintains confidentiality of client business and shipment information. Information may only be shared when required by law or when necessary to coordinate services with authorised third parties.

Intellectual Property

All advisory materials, reports, and documents prepared by K.A. Patel Transport Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
